Safe elevator functions - SIL3-certified shaft copying systems from Kübler

The system consists of the LES03 sensor for precise shaft copying and the PSU03 and SGT03 evaluation units -
for digital interception management, SIL3 safety and simple installation.

Safety gear management

  • Real-time analysis of driving data and detection of safety-critical overspeeds.
  • Direct, precise and instantaneous activation of the electromechanical safety gear in an emergency.
  • Controlled resetting and continuous status monitoring of the safety gear.

Elimination of mechanical components

  • Thanks to the digitally available shaft information, numerous mechanical components such as magnetic switches, ramps and roller limit switches are no longer required.
  • Reduced effort for installation and maintenance of the elevator system.

Plug & Drive

  • Can be used directly with all electromechanical safety gear from established suppliers according to the plug & drive principle.
  • Quick and easy installation of code tape and sensor with the aid of mounting kits.

Autonomous System

  • The electromechanical safety gears are triggered directly by the PSU03 or SGT03 evaluation unit based on the sensor data without having to go through the elevator control system.
