The integrated, electronic multiturn sensor system without mechanical gearing from Kübler measures the absolute position, speed and direction of rotation of the motor shaft in real time. Compared to conventional resolvers, the encoder offers a higher resolution and accuracy, which enables precise and fast positioning.

As a genuine all-in-one solution, ACTILINK-S combines control, sensor technology and power electronics directly in the motor, thus also enabling particularly lean single-cable solutions. A minimum amount of cabling reduces susceptibility to EMC, speeds up commissioning and opens up highly modular machine architectures. From line to ring topologies, flexible concepts can be implemented that also significantly reduce the size of the control cabinet. Completely new, ultra-compact machine layouts become feasible!
